Returns and Refunds

Refunds on hair accessories are only accepted for items that are faulty and must be returned within 14 days of receiving goods.

Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds to customers that have changed their mind about their order.  Or for handtied bows that may have come untied. These can be re-tied.

Returns on clothing must be made within 14 days. And must be returned to us in an unworn, unwashed state in original packaging.
